Pritam is a serial entrepreneur and executive who has overseen the development of several entrepreneurial companies with successful exits. Most recently, Pritam was a co-founder of PCN Network LLC and the visionary behind the Company’s unique business model and its SOC 2 certified Safe Escrow and SafeValidation™ technologies. Safe Escrow is the industry’s first centrally managed but locally executed real estate funding solution which incorporates wire fraud detection, high levels of security and best funding practices. PCN Network became the industry’s leading attorney closing network processing more than $500 million in mortgage settlement transactions per month. PCN Network was acquired by a Fortune 500 company.
Prior to co-founding PCN Network, Pritam served as Chief Financial Officer and/or Chief Operating Officer of E-Transport Inc., TechRx, Inc. and Cost Containment Corporation, all venture-backed entrepreneurial companies with highly successful exits to public companies. He also held senior executive positions at several public companies including Vice President of Business Development (head of corporate strategy) and Managing Director of Europe with NDCHealth, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia (NYSE) and Senior Vice President and CEO of PCN Network at First American Financial Corporation (NYSE). . Before becoming an entrepreneur, Pritam worked at Ernst & Young for over 10 years advising various domestic and international clients of the firm.
Pritam is presently on the Boards of Global Tax Management and ContactUS, two privately held companies. He has previously served on the Boards of TrueCommerce, Inc., Uptivity, Logfire and Vox Mobile – all venture funded companies. He has also served as a director on the Board of Duquesne Light Holdings, Inc. a NYSE traded public utility. In addition to his corporate roles, he also serves or has served as a director on the Boards of various not-for-profit entities including Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, Verland, Inc., Westley-Family Services of Western PA, and the Pittsburgh CLO.
Pritam is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College receiving a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant in 1982 (currently in inactive status).
